Welcome to the STEM Glossary!

The aim of the glossary is to represent how STEM concepts are presented in the sign languages of six European countries. The representation of STEM concepts in sign languages is based on data collected in real-life situations. This data is a combination of recordings made in classrooms and contributions from teachers and STEM experts.

There are six versions of the glossary, one for the sign language of each country that participates in the project. Each glossary is organized into categories, and each term includes a simple representation of the term in sign language and an example of its usage.
